I originally booked 1 day stay at this hotel on line. After I booked it I found reviews thate were no so good. I was a bit worried about this hotel. But, it was a great place. Very clean, friendly people. We liked it so much we stayed another night. I would stay again. And I would recomend to others. Wauconda, IL
I stay at many hotels through the year. This was one of my best hotel experiences in a long time. Outstanding room fees and it included a wonderful casino package. The continental breakfast was very nice and the beds themselves were very comfortable. Recently stayed at a hotel booked through hotels.com. The experience was terrible both with the hotel and hotels.com. Swore to make my own reservations from now on. You made that experience well worth my time to look for my own hotel. Fabulous.
After checking out, the front desk called a cab for us to go to the Amtrak station. The cab was late in arrival. The front desk offered to take us. We really appreciated that gesture.
I stay there whenever I’m in Milwaukee. Everyone is great, helpful and friendly at all times.
